At University House Management, we provide the tailored and hands on rental and living experience that only people NOT in the rental business can provide.
We manage only two homes owned by one family, and this is not our job or business. So, our priorities are different. We pay attention to the details. We are interested in providing a great and safe living experience, even if we make less money. We strive to be the best neighbor in the neighborhood. We keep the homes clean and well maintained. We do it because we love the homes and want them to be a fantastic home for our tenants as they live and love the college experience.
